About
Molly
Hello! My name is Molly Olson. I work with parents, couples, and families struggling in their relationships to build confidence, insight, and take action towards healing. My practice is strongly rooted in research supporting the intricate balance of mind, body, and spiritual development.
Throughout my career, I have developed a passion for helping people heal relationships. I bring experience navigating the complex emotions that accompany relationship challenges, including pain, shame, guilt, anger, and confusion. Through this journey, I have witnessed the possibility of relational restoration. I have also seen the necessity of accepting loss, and the importance of honoring the grief that follows. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the importance of seeking support and guidance during difficult transitions. My goal is to provide compassionate guidance that helps others find their path toward meaningful healing and wholeness.
MY APPROACH
I specialize in supporting parents through Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), fostering secure attachments while developing effective discipline and behavioral management strategies. Through the lens of Relational Life Therapy, I work with individuals to enhance their communication skills, helping them articulate their thoughts, feelings, and needs in a constructive, respectful and relational way.
My practice integrates an understanding of the biological foundations of emotion, drawing from polyvagal theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approaches. This comprehensive framework enables clients to develop greater emotional awareness and learn practical techniques for emotional regulation. My goal is to provide clients with evidence-based tools and insights that promote lasting therapeutic growth and improved relational functioning.
we are created for connection
I believe our deepest healing happens through connection. My calling is to help you restore and deepen your relationships through an approach that blends heartfelt empathy with clinical expertise.
